Bidding All live auctions are on our website www.bestbids.com.au where you can view all lots and place yours bids. You will be required to register to be able to place bids. On line bidding fees are 22% including GST on top of the sold price, as well as an admin fee of $2.75 per lot. If you unsure of bidding on line, please call us on 0493 628 043 and we can place bids on your behalf, or email us on hello@bestbids.com.au. Our terms and conditions are listed on our website so please read those for further details. All winning bids must be paid & collected or postage organised within 3 business days of auction ending. Storage fees will be charged for late collections, and attracts a $20 a day fee. Selling fees for vendors is 15.5% including GST of the hammer price per sold lot. A Lot fee of $2.75 including GST is applicable to each lot. We will not accept items that we deem unsuitable or unsalable. Please see list of items that we do not accept. If you are unsure of any item to be consigned, please send through a list and photos to hello@bestbids.com.au Our auctions are monthly, so approved items will need to be booked in by appointment. Please call 0493 628 043 for delivery options or help with collection. After an auction you will be notified of items sold. Our commission is deducted from payment received from each lot. Payment is made via direct deposit We run your lots for 2 sales, if they do not sell the first sale. If unsold after 2 auctions, we require you to collect your lots.
